Editing Orders

   

  • Alternatively you may choose to edit the order from within its "Order Overview" content page (accessed by clicking the selected orders number) by clicking on "Modify" at the top of the content list.

  • Once in the "Details" content page you may choose to modify the "Orders Status Id"

The "Order status Id" may be changed to:

  • "New"

  • "Payment Sent"

  • "Payment Confirmed"

  • "To Invoice"

  • "Fulfilled"

 

  • However once an order status of "fulfilled" has been attached to an order, you may no longer modify its status.

  •  You may also provide a parcel tracking number by entering the number into the "Tracking Number" text box.
  • You may also choose to modify or enter new information into the "Special Instructions" text box.

  • To finalize and update changes in the orders database click the save button on the menu bar.
