The following are a description of each of the fields related to products in the system.

| SKU | The product code. This is your internal reference for this product, and may come from another system, or be something you have generated yourself. | GS12 |
| Item Name | The title of your product. This will appear as a subheading in lists, in the search results. It will be the main heading on the product page. |

| Friendly URL | This is the URL that will display in the browser for the customer. The system will automatically generate this for you, but you may override if you wish. |

| Short Description | A brief description of the item. This description may be displayed in the categories of your site. | |

| Keywords | These are checked when the user searches. Enter words that may be used for search but are not part of the items name or description. You can use misspellings here as well. Separate the words with a space or a comma. | shus, farmers shoe, shu |
| Attribute Group | Choose the type of attributes that applies to this product. |
