Removing a Product

Removing a Product

Please note that a product cannot be deleted instead it can either be made “Inactive” or removed from the Category.

 To make a product inactive.

  • Click the "Catalog" icon in the left of the screen.

          

  • Click on the Products folder

          

  • In the Products Search page, search for the product.
  • Click on the product name in the search result.
  • Click on “Modify Product Details” link.

           

  • Click on Details tab and uncheck “Is Active”

           

  • Click Save.

To remove a product from a category.

  • Click the "Catalog" icon in the bottom left of the screen.

           

  • Click on the Products folder

           

  • In the Products Search page, search for the product.
  • Click on the product name in the search result.
  • In the Product Details page, scroll down and click on the “Change Categories” link in the Categories Section.

          

  • To remove a category, click the “x” button next to the category name.

           

  • Click the “Update” button.
