Copying Content from Word

Word has all sorts of hidden formating that is copied into the site, and can really mess things up!

You can either:
- Use the paste from word button:
- Remove the formating through the following 2 step process:
1. Copy the from word into NotePad.
2. Copy from NotePad into the site.
