Linking to an email address
1. Highlight the text in the content area that you would like to make the link from.
2. Click the link icon at the top of the screen.
The insert link dialog box will appear (see below)
3. In the popup box, click inside the Link to document field
4. Type 'mailto:' then the email address you would like to link to:
For example: mailto:johndoe@xtra.co.nz (see screenshot below).
5. The title is what shows when the user hovers over the link.
6. Keep the target on "Open in this window / frame"
7. Click the Select button
